Job Overview We are hiring a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team at GK RICKSHAW LTD. in Hooghly, West Bengal, India. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the responsiveness and scalability of our web products. This is a full-time position for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Qualifications And Skills 4 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role Strong knowledge of web architecture and design principles Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks Experience with database design and management (e.g., MongoDB) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Experience with API design and development Knowledge of PHP programming is a plus Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work Roles And Responsibilities Design and develop web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications Work with the development team to integrate data from various back-end services and databases Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve web development processes Contribute to the design and development of RESTful APIs Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents Proactively identify and address technical debt to maintain code quality,
