Equal Opportunity Employer Job Description : Job Title: Associate Engineer Batch and Middleware (Control-M) Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Perform Batch Monitoring and scheduling within 24*7 support architecture. Enhance and introduce best practices to use workload automation tool (Control-M), troubleshoot batch frame work and provide best and feasible solution. Interface with different teams for requirements/processes understanding, ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements Mandatory Skills: Candidate should have basic hands-on experience in OS (Linux, Windows) and SQL. Candidate should have strong communication skills. Job Description: Meeting with the stakeholders to discuss system needs. Designing job workflows. Troubleshooting issues. Fixing Issues. Configuration of workflows. Responding to general IT requests. Filing monthly reports Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems. Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software. Good communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
