The IT Administrator will be responsible for addressing technical issues, implementing security protocols, and providing support and training to staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers and networks. Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and other IT assets. Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring the security and reliability of IT services. Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, data backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Provide technical support and training to staff, helping them resolve IT-related issues. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and ensure timely maintenance or upgrades. Collaborate with external vendors for IT products and services as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of network and server management, including security best practices. Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT security measures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide staff support and training. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree in Information Technology / Administration/, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
