Job Description
- PROJECTS MANAGER : - Role & responsibilities: Will be responsible to handle independent project planning, scheduling, Execution and coordination. Study the Drawings and planning for material procurement. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate with engineers, architects, contractors, and the Management. Prepare and review project documents, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Track and manage project materials, equipment, and resources. Identify and resolve project-related issues in collaboration with the team. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control. Maintain project records and documentation. Support procurement and contract management activities. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management. 15 to 20 years of experience in project Management and coordination within the Civil engineering and Infrastructure Project construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office, Excel Etc ). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Work Environment: Office-based with regular visits to construction sites. May require travel depending on project locations. Fast-paced work environment with deadlines.
