- Job Title: Project Manager Aluminium Doors & Windows Installation Location: Location Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction / Architectural Systems Experience Level: 5 Years of Experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the installation of Aluminium Doors & Windows at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, specifically in faade, aluminium systems, glazing, and architectural metalwork. This role requires excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project execution within the specified timelines, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Oversee and manage all aspects of Aluminium Doors & Windows installation at project sites. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. Coordinate with architects, engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Ensure proper procurement and availability of materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain deadlines. Site Coordination & Supervision: Conduct site inspections to assess progress, safety compliance, and quality control. Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including installers, technicians, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all installation work meets quality standards and industry regulations. Implement and enforce health and safety policies at the project site. Address and resolve any site-related technical or operational challenges. Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project costs, control expenses, and optimize resource utilization. Identify and mitigate cost overruns while maintaining project profitability. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and final project close-out reports. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management for Aluminium Systems, Faade, or Glazing industry. Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and installation techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools. Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural calculations, and material specifications. Experience in contract management, vendor coordination, and site execution. Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and best practices.
