- Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Strategic Investor Location: Noida (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time with Equity & Investment Stake Industry: Blockchain, Gaming, Fantasy Sports, Tech Startup About the Role: We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong expertise in blockchain and gaming who is not only passionate about leading cutting-edge technology but is also willing to take a strategic investment stake in the company. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded tech leader to play a critical role in shaping the future of a disruptive fantasy gaming platform while having direct equity ownership and financial interest in its success. As CTO & Strategic Investor, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, leading product development, and ensuring scalable and secure integration of blockchain technology. Your strategic investment will further demonstrate your commitment to building the next big player in the gaming and Web3 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Technical Leadership: Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the entire tech stack, focusing on real-time fantasy gaming and blockchain integration. Architect scalable systems for real-time user engagement, gamification mechanics, and blockchain rewards. Lead the development of smart contracts, tokenomics, NFTs, and wallet integrations, ensuring security and seamless user experience. Align the technical roadmap with business objectives and market trends, ensuring the platforms long-term scalability. 2. Product Innovation & Development: Oversee end-to-end platform development, focusing on user-centric design, gamification strategies, and blockchain utility. Integrate AI/ML tools for user engagement analytics, game dynamics, and content virality predictions. Lead initiatives to optimize platform performance, data security, and cross-platform integration. 3. Blockchain & Gaming Ecosystem Integration: Design and deploy blockchain-based reward systems and in-game assets. Ensure compliance with blockchain regulations and gaming industry standards. 4. Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing tech team specializing in gaming, blockchain, and AI. Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Establish agile workflows and best practices to maximize team productivity and creativity. 5. Financial Commitment & Stakeholder Alignment: Bring forward a strategic investment in the company, demonstrating long-term commitment and belief in the product vision. Participate in high-level decision-making, shaping company strategy, funding rounds, and market expansion plans. Work closely with founders and investors to align product goals with growth strategies and revenue models. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in blockchain and gaming ecosystems. Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development in high-growth startups or tech companies. Strong expertise in blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.), smart contracts, NFTs, and tokenomics. Experience with gaming frameworks (Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar) and real-time data systems. In-depth knowledge of AI/ML tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and scalable architectures. Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to product development and market scaling. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Preferred Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for disruptive tech and community-driven platforms. Strong interest in Web3, GameFi, and fantasy gaming ecosystems. Experience as a strategic investor or in startups requiring financial and technical leadership. Excellent communication and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams.
