Company Description Dozen Diamonds, located in Nagpur, specializes in building innovative predictionless equity trading strategies to democratize automated trading for the Retail Investor. The company focuses on creating opportunities for retail investors to access advanced trading technologies and tools. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer at Dozen Diamonds in Nagpur. The CTO will be responsible for leading software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. The role involves overseeing the technological direction of the company and driving innovation. Qualifications Software Development and Product Development skills Project Management expertise Strong IT Strategy and Architecture background Experience in leading technical teams and driving innovation Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Previous experience in financial technology (Fintech) is a plus Experience leading projects on mobile app development using Flutter in front end is a plus ,
