Job Description

Will ensure effective business, Coordinate with customers and internal team for customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify markets for distribution and sale of companies' standard ECS Retail range products.

Co-ordination with Factory and Customers

Identify Potential dealers from Steel sheet suppliers , PEB steel suppliers, aluminum product sales merchants ,Hardware stores .ply wood stockiest in the territory.

Identify & networking with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, interior designers, Government segment etc.

Maintain good customer relationship for customer delight and repeated business Send mailers, leaflets and samples to Dealer, Distributor and Retails Shops Providing optimum solutions to customers considering flexibility and delivery.

Conduct /facilitate Training sessions to ensure that the user follows the Best practices during installation of product, achieves a quality installation
