Role Description This is a full-time on-site Company Secretary (CS) role located in Kolkata. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining records, facilitating board meetings, and handling corporate governance matters. Qualifications We require interested qualified Company Secretary who have 0-2 years experience of working in Real Estate Companies, Managing compliance, Managing Board and Annual General Meeting, Annual E-Filing of Forms, XBRL Filing, ROC compliance, Preparation of Minutes, Drafting Resolution, Formation of private companies, appointment of Statutory & Internal Auditors, preparation of DIN, etc. appointment and resignation of Directors, etc. ALL FILING AND COMPLIANCE WORKS OF ROC, Various other assignments as and when delegated by the Management. Freshers are also welcome and immediate joiners would be preferred. Salary range for this full time KMP position will be in the range of 40K to 45 K p.m. (maximum).,
