Requirements -
Candidates should have interest to receive incoming calls(Inbound voice process)
Should have excellent communication skill .
Experience in international voice will be added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferable.

Responsibilities -
Answer calls professionally to provide information about product and service.
Solve the problems and query of the customers.
Computer knowledge/skills, ability to use a desktop computer system.
