- Job Summary: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth. The COO will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior executives to drive operational excellence, optimize business performance, and ensure smooth execution of real estate projects, sales, and property management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals. Collaborate with the HOD's to set company objectives, growth plans, and performance targets. Ensure alignment between departments (Sales, Marketing, CRM) Identify opportunities for business expansion and efficiency improvements. 2. Real Estate Operations Management Oversee real estate sales, property development, and asset management operations. Ensure smooth execution of real estate projects, from planning to delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Strengthen relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive strategies to enhance sales performance and market positioning. Optimize lead conversion, client engagement, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop innovative campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry. 4. Financial & Budgeting Oversight Ensure financial targets and profitability goals are met. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Work with the CRO to manage cash flow, investments, and revenue generation. Review financial reports and operational data for strategic decision-making. 5. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop a high-performance culture within the company. Implement training, development, and performance evaluation programs. Foster collaboration between departments for seamless operations. 6. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all operations comply with local real estate laws, regulations, and policies. Mitigate risks related to legal issues, financials, and property management. Implement quality control and operational risk management strategies. 7. Technology & Process Optimization Drive technology adoption for better operational efficiency (Sales Force) Streamline workflows, automation, and reporting systems. Implement digital transformation strategies to improve client experience and business operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in real estate operations, sales, or business management. Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and real estate projects. Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property development, and market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and data analytics.
