    Job Title: Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) Location: Kozhikode, Kerala. Role Overview: The Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing strategies of AIMER Business School. You will play a critical role in shaping the overall growth trajectory, building brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales across all of our educational offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading both sales and marketing teams, developing successful strategies, and achieving significant revenue growth in an EdTech or educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth, improve customer acquisition, and meet revenue targets for all educational programs. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture with clear objectives, key results, and performance metrics. Build and manage key relationships with high-value clients, institutional partners, and other key stakeholders. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy to build brand recognition, enhance market positioning, and generate demand for AIMERs educational products. Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media campaigns, events, and PR efforts to increase brand awareness and attract potential students. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing and sales approaches. Revenue Growth & Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, drive strategic partnerships, and identify innovative ways to grow revenue streams. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring conversion, retention, and a seamless customer journey. Drive continuous improvements in sales and marketing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and results. Brand Management: Own the AIMER Business School brand and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels. Enhance brand loyalty and customer retention through personalized experiences and customer success initiatives. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, optimizing strategies and ensuring alignment with key business goals. Provide regular reporting to the executive team on sales performance, marketing ROI, and overall impact. Team Management & Development: Lead, inspire, and develop a talented sales and marketing team, providing mentorship and supporting professional growth. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring teams are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Key Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the EdTech, education, or technology sectors. Skills: Proven success in developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and data analytics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a focus on driving measurable outcomes. Preferred Skills: Experience in the EdTech space or other high-growth education-related industries. Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lead generation, and customer retention techniques. Experience with scaling sales and marketing efforts internationally.
