Role Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to join us in developing new revolutionizing ways to make strategic business decisions based on proactive performance management. We would love to talk with you, if you recognize yourself in some of the following: You do love storytelling and use visualizations of data to explain facts Youve extensive knowledge in building visually immersive, and interactive insights using tools like Power BI. Youve good knowledge of data pre-processing techniques, e.g. how to handle missing data. Youve good knowledge of data pre-processing techniques, e.g. how to handle missing data. Youve got a solid knowledge of ML and can forecast future sale using historical data. You have a good grasp of Power BI and Excel. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Data-driven Decision Making: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support critical initiatives, product development, and process improvements. Data Visualization: Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. Create compelling, intuitive, self-service dashboards to internal business partners to understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs (key performance indicators) Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics Strong communication skills Data Modelling Knowledge of fashion industry trends is a plus Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets,
