You will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize financing solutions that meet the needs of our target market and drive business growth. Define product features, pricing, and terms as per regional requirements. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, IT, Risk, Process and finance, to gather insights and inputs for product implementation and innovations. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive adoption of solar rooftop financing products among residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Identify target segments, channels, and partnerships to maximize market reach and penetration. Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to inform product strategy and positioning. Keep a tap on seamless and user-friendly customer experience throughout the financing process, from application to disbursement. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve product features and service delivery. Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency trends to identify early warning signals and take proactive measures as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to solar financing products. Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.,
