Sending Quotations: Send quotations to customers with necessary information, including pricing, terms, and travel details. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of quotations, address concerns, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Additional Customer Information: Assist with special requests and coordinate with operations for any extra requirements. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (Preferred). Experience: 1-3years in sales and operations in the travel industry.
