- Job summary Director Level Engineering Internal Platforms role with 1639 SPE Platforms Gen AI Engineer pool. Responsibilities Lead the Mobility SD D team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in all projects. Oversee the implementation of Performance Engineering practices to enhance system reliability and scalability. Provide expert guidance on GEN AI Testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion. Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical processes. Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team to enhance overall productivity. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and development. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members contributions and provide constructive feedback. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of solutions. Report on project status risks and issues to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Performance Engineering demonstrating a deep understanding of system optimization techniques. Have a strong background in GEN AI Testing with a proven track record of successful project implementations. Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken to facilitate clear and effective communication. Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively. Display strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Possess a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in technical processes. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions. Demonstrate the ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently. Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Have experience in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Display excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,
