Job Role & Responsibilities:

 

Contact customers regarding SBI Flexi process.

Assist customers in converting their transactions into EMI.

Explain EMI options and benefits clearly.

Handle customer queries effectively and professionally.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.

Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Tamil.
Customer handling and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational
