Knows all essential aspects of our resort or hotel operations. Registers guests and manages the rooming chart. Provides pre - arrival support for guests arriving on packages. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Handling New bookings, guest arrivals, check-ins/outs, Housekeeping Operations Concierge services for guests Educational Qualification - Enrollment in a Bachelors degree program required Ability to multi-task and take initiative Flexible work schedule Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
