- Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) LoomLex (Legal AI Startup) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Remote/Hybrid options available) Company: LoomLex A next-gen AI-powered legal tech platform under the Panwar Empire Compensation: Equity + Competitive Salary (negotiable) --- About LoomLex: LoomLex is an advanced AI-driven legal platform designed to revolutionize how criminal and corporate law cases are analyzed. Our AI: Auto-detects missing information in legal cases Verifies police filings for accuracy Identifies legal loopholes & counterarguments Auto-generates legal memorandums for lawyers We aim to streamline legal processes, reduce human error, and empower lawyers with cutting-edge technology. --- Role Overview: We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of our AI-powered legal platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the tech vision, building the core AI infrastructure, and leading a team of engineers to bring LoomLex to life. --- Key Responsibilities: Tech Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the technology roadmap for LoomLex. AI & ML Development: Lead the design and implementation of our AI system for legal data analysis. Product Architecture: Oversee the development of a scalable and secure legal AI platform. Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of AI engineers and developers. Collaboration: Work closely with legal experts to ensure AI accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform meets high security and data protection standards. --- Requirements: Experience: 1+ years in AI/ML, NLP, or legal tech development. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LLMs, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure). Leadership: Proven experience leading tech teams and building scalable AI-driven products. Legal Knowledge (Preferred): Experience working in legal tech or familiarity with legal data processing is a plus.
