Job Title: Professor & Head of Department (BHM) Nursing and Paramedical College Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department (BHM) to lead the Bachelor of Hospital Management program at our nursing and paramedical college. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum development, faculty management, student engagement, and industry collaborations to ensure academic excellence and career readiness for students. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance the BHM curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessments. Lead and mentor faculty and staff, ensuring high academic standards. Collaborate with the hospitality industry for internships, placements, and guest lectures. Drive student development initiatives and address academic concerns. Oversee departmental budgets, compliance, and reporting. Qualifications: MBA/MHM/Masters-PhD in Hospital Management/Business Administration or related field. 10+ years of experience in academics/administration, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
