Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Lead and contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies. Project Leadership: Oversee and guide junior and mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and project timelines. Technical Architecture: Design and implement scalable web architectures that support high traffic and ensure optimal performance. API Integration: Work with third-party APIs and integrate them into web applications. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure product quality and vision alignment. Code Optimization: Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Testing & Debugging: Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests. Identify and fix bugs to ensure smooth functionality across various platforms. Technology Stack Maintenance: Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the current tech stack to improve efficiency. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality code output. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 10+ years of experience in web development. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects or development teams. Technical Skills: Languages:- AWS Laravel Twilio PHP Python HTML /HTML5-W3C Valid , responsive CSS/CSS3,LESS/SASS/SCSS JavaScript ,jQuery ,JSON ,AJAX Responsive frameworks Custom website development Git pixel-perfect ,retina-ready development (if requested) Frameworks/Libraries: Deep experience with web frameworks such as Express, Django, or Flask. Database Management: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase). Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and workflows such as GitFlow. APIs: Proficient in RESTful APIs and GraphQL. DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and Docker containerization. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
