Responsibilities Prepare plan v/s actual reports for production targets and shift work. Lead quality improvement projects (QIPs) and suggest measures for improvement. Continuously monitor various production parameters like quantity, quality output, machine utilization, uptime, etc. Coordinate the technical function and address technical issues and challenges faced. Provide inputs to operators regarding quality requirements and ensure they are aware of quality norms. Maintain and update reports such as daily production/shift reports. Implement cost-saving measures and innovative ideas for optimum usage of machines, manpower, energy, and processes to reduce cycle time. Requirements Proven work experience as an Assistant Manager in production or a similar role. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety guidelines. Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizens. Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and coach team members. Proficiency in updating and maintaining documentation, including logs, safety sheets, and quality records. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues related to operational efficiency and quality. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred.,
