- Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, M&A experience (direct healthcare experience is preferred but not required)
- Direct healthcare and/or technology experience
- Proven leadership experience with a strong executive presence
- Ability to work independently, on a team, and with remote teammates
- Proven experience delivering against complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Fact-based, structured, proactive problem solver with collaborative style, proven ability to manage conflict, and strong work ethic
- Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships with senior executives, peers, external advisors, and cross-functional team members as required in support of enterprise strategy development and implementation; with comfort operating in a matrixed environment
- Proven skills in developing strategic frameworks and storytelling with strong project management skills for complex, cross-functionals projects across all levels within an organization
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-profile and high-impact projects with high-degree of autonomy
