- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java). 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: Experience building and deploying large scale systems. Experience with Distributed Processing and Infrastructure Design or Ads Infrastructure. Experience in C++/Spanner/CNS. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of 6-8 engineers in India, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a new platform. Define the technical roadmap for developing a new platform, partnering with technical leads and product managers to drive execution from concept to deployment. Lead and mentor a High-Performing Team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can grow. Contribute technically to the development process, particularly in areas of user journeys mapping to technical workflow, APIs with sister teams, backend integration, social media platform data storage and correlation. Collaborate across teams and engage with global experts, contributing to cutting-edge data driven decision making. ,
