Job Title: Director, Customer Success Location: Coimbatore, India Director of customer success will manage a small team and support the companys strategies and processes for sales operations. This person will work to increase sales and revenue through sales process optimization. The director of sales operations will be willing to roll up their sleeves, develop processes, and build a team from the ground up. The director of customer Success works closely with sales, marketing, finance and business units. This person will also analyze market trends and stay up to date with industry developments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sales process management: Manage the sales pipeline, workflow, and processes. Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and support supplier change management processes as needed. Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments. Make sure that customer quotes for different business units are sent out timely. Purchase Orders received from customers are correct and Sales Orders generated are accurate. Sales performance: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Report this data periodically to the executive team. Implement best practices and workflows to streamline the sales lifecycle. Sales forecasting: Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. Closely monitor build schedules and their impact on revenue stream. Sales compensation: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed. Design and manage incentive programs and compensation plans Sales tools: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies. Oversee the implementation and management of sales technologies, CRM systems, and other tools. Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Sales reporting: Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics. Sales training: Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. This involves working with the Business Units to identify products for training and prepare productive sessions for the sales team. Additional Duties Identify new markets and opportunities, monitor customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, support sales processes and assess and justify investments in sales operations. Requirements & Skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, statistics, or related field. Proven experience as a successful Sales Operations leader or in a similar leadership role demonstrating an understanding of sales operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and implement sales technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in sales forecasting, planning, and compensation management.
