Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Lead (Manual) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, performance testing using JMeter, and preferably some experience with Selenium. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our user-facing applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring high productivity, performance, and professional growth. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing of user-facing applications. Utilize JMeter to perform load and performance testing on our applications, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement and maintain test scripts using Selenium to automate repetitive testing tasks (optional). Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user satisfaction. Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software. Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve testing processes and tools. Provide detailed and actionable reports on testing activities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing. Proven experience in performance testing using JMeter. Familiarity with Selenium or similar test automation tools (optional). Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
