Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing team in Faridabad. This is a full-time junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be diligent in planning, executing, and maintaining high-quality software testing processes to ensure our applications meet the highest standards. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software testing. Strong skills in test planning, ensuring all aspects of testing are covered systematically to deliver quality results. Proficiency in designing detailed and comprehensive test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Experience in test execution, including both manual and automated tests to verify the functionality and performance of the software. Expertise in defect tracking, identifying, documenting, and following up on issues found during testing to ensure they are resolved promptly. Knowledge of regression testing to ensure that new changes have not adversely affected existing functionality. Familiarity with automation testing tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and coverage of test scripts. Strong foundation in quality assurance principles, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined standards and criteria. Critical thinking skills to analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and develop effective test strategies and solutions. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Perform regression testing to validate changes and ascertain the non-disruption of existing functionalities. Conduct automated and manual testing as required to validate software features. Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in all testing practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop testing strategies. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the development team regarding software quality and issues. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the software testing process.,
