Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) Location: Shillong Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee accounting, taxation, and financial reporting processes. Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, conduct internal audits, and manage statutory compliance. Taxation & GST: Handle direct and indirect tax filings, GST returns, and liaise with tax authorities. Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop budgets, analyze financial performance, and provide insights for cost optimization. Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports for management review. Coordination: Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and auditors. Required Qualifications & Skills: CA qualification is mandatory (with experience in industry accounting preferred). Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, auditing, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage financial operations efficiently.
