Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Manufacturing industry, strong technical sales expertise, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with tape products and applications, as well as a solid grasp of supporting technologies that align with customer needs. Responsibilities: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, providing guidance on tape products and solutions. Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor for their tape-related needs. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to customize solutions for clients. Provide pre-sales technical support and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and other technical documentation. Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in the tape industry, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering role, with a focus on the tape industry. Strong knowledge of tape products, applications, and market trends. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven track record of success in a technical sales environment. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently or within a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in or with the tape industry Familiarity with customer needs and applications specific to the tape market. Experience with CRM software and sales tools.,
