SLBS Marklance is a globally recognized educational institution specializing in job-oriented courses such as Logistics, Warehouse Management, Oil and Gas, and more. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact prospective students, provide detailed information about our programs, and convert leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Outreach: - Identify and reach out to potential students through phone calls, emails, and social media. - Manage and track leads using CRM software. - Follow up on inquiries to convert them into enrollments. 2. Student Counseling and Support: - Conduct consultations to understand students" educational and career goals. - Provide detailed information about our programs, admission processes, and career opportunities. - Address students" queries and concerns to help them make informed decisions. 3. Sales Conversion: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. - Close sales deals and ensure student satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. 4. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families. - Provide ongoing support to ensure student satisfaction and loyalty. - Collect and analyze feedback to improve our programs and services. 5. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns. - Collaborate with faculty and staff to stay updated on program offerings and requirements. - Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on lead status and enrollment progress. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or educational counseling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the education or edtech industry. - Knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
