Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new high-value clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular client interactions to understand their needs and investment objectives.
- Sales and Investment Product Knowledge:
- Focus on selling equity-based investment products, including demat accounts and investment advisory services.
- Develop and implement a customer marketing plan focused on wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement through an in-depth client analysis.
- Maximize the 'risk vs. reward' balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Sound knowledge of equity-based investment products and the financial markets.
- Proficiency in identifying customer needs and assessing risk profiles.
- Understanding of wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
