- Company Description ANNOOR TEST LABS & ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. is an NABL Accredited laboratory offering testing services for various construction materials and structures. From soil testing to structural design and non-destructive testing, we provide a comprehensive range of services to support building, road, bridge, and other infrastructure projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vijayawada for an Account Manager at ANNOOR TEST LABS & ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating testing services, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves day-to-day client interactions and project management to meet testing and inspection requirements. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in account management or customer relationship management Knowledge of construction materials testing or engineering services is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Account Management & Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Ensure timely communication and resolution of client issues. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services. Financial & Transactional Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and account statements. Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior management. Strategic & Business Development: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities. Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance client retention. Track market trends and competitor activities to optimize account strategies. Administrative & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.,
