About the role:

In this role, as the Client Partnership & Growth (CP&G) Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the setup, testing, execution of various operations processes and tasks. These processes will require you to use different internal and external tools. You will work under the supervision of your manager to ensure a smooth work delivery and seamless end user experience.

What youll do:

• Ensure day to day Ops activities are executed smoothly, meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).

• Create launch merchandise assortment to drive maximum member engagement

• Launch new styles on site weekly, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure product information accuracy (including copy, social reviews and imagery)

• Own on-site Visual Merchandising, arranging styles within collections to have the best customer experience

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

• Work on ad-hoc or special projects with your manager

• Ensure accuracy of tasks delivered

• Leverage tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Google suite and other cloud based platforms for work management and delivery.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of operations experience

• Visual merchandising experience

• Ability to manage multiple service requests at the same time in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for technology, data, process and problem solving

• Excellent verbal and written communicator

• Detail oriented and diligent

Nice to Have

• Shopify experience

• Prior B2C experience

• Basic skill in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
