Company Description Rubber Chemical & Polymer Skill Development Council is a Not-for-profit company under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956, under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & set up by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) having its Registered Office at Saket, New Delhi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Standards (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager) at Rubber Chemical & Polymer Skill Development Council in Delhi. The person will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of technical courses of chemical, polymer and environmental themes, ensuring compliance with regulations and collaborating with stakeholders to set benchmarks for skill development in the chemical and polymer industry. Preferred with previous experience in the technical training ecosystem. Qualifications Should be able to conceptualize and build technical courses based on industry need and topical areas e.g. nanotech, industrial glass production, green chemicals, recycling of polymer, etc Experience in developing industry standards and regulatory compliance Knowledge of the chemical or polymer industry Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's/B Tech degree in Chemical engineering, Polymer Science or related field On the Job experience on the workfloor Age No Bar,
