- Job Description We are seeking experienced AI/ML Engineers to design, develop, and fine-tune advanced generative AI models for healthcare applications. The role involves working on state-of-the-art AI techniques, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and optimizing models for high performance and ethical use. Key Responsibilities Model Development and Fine-Tuning : Design and develop generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, diffusion models) tailored to healthcare needs. Train models on healthcare-specific datasets to improve contextual understanding. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate improvements. Pipeline Management Build scalable machine learning pipelines for preprocessing, training, and deployment. Implement tools to manage and version data and models efficiently. Research And Implementation Stay updated with state-of-the-art research in generative AI and apply best practices. Innovate on applications of generative AI, such as text summarization, question answering, and anomaly detection. Collaboration Work with data scientists, domain experts, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Compliance And Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Conduct rigorous testing to validate model accuracy and reliability. Skills And Qualifications Core Skills : Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Strong experience with transformer architectures, NLP, and computer vision. Expertise in model optimization techniques (quantization, distillation). Healthcare Knowledge Familiarity with healthcare data formats like DICOM, FHIR, HL7. Understanding of clinical terminologies and patient workflows. Additional Skills Strong Python programming skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI, Azure ML).
