Job Description
- Teaser: Do you want to be a part of the team that is responsible for New Product Development (NPD) as well as developing new concepts for electrical cabinets/panels which will be used in renewable energy systems/Wind turbines Modification of existing HW/panels which will be used in renewable energy systems/Wind turbines Then join us in the Global Electrical Engineering team which is a part of Global Engineering team. Currently we are around 40 members team located in India , Poland & Denmark. Engineers in our team in India will work in global projects ( based in India , Denmark & Poland) in close cooperation with other stakeholders like Technical project Lead, System leads , Project manager etc based out of Denmark , Poland & India. Engineers also work in close cooperation with different departments globally ( Customer engineering , Global Mechanical engineering ,sourcing , purchasing , production ,NPI ,logistic, test solution etc) in different stages of the project. In KK we are following stage gate project model for project execution. The developed product will be later moved to serial production /mass production in our different factories located in Poland , India & Taiwan. Responsibilities: Secure a realistic project plan and taking a project from the very start and till the end, responsible for both the technical as well as economic side of the project together with technical project lead & project manager. Understanding the purpose of APQP4Wind and how the deliveries are tied together, which tools are required, etc. Ensure that technical changes are confirmed with the Customer through technical project lead to keep the project on track and always to the customers satisfaction, whether they are internal or external customers. Ensure before the projects starts, that all technical specification / project scope has been confirmed and agreed with the customer(TPL responsible for customer interaction), and defines the scope, and store all documents according to the project folder structure - decided in KK project model. Secure& review design (both electrical and mechanical layout) and component choices (Purchase specification ) according to KK Wind solutions standards , electrical standards & as per customer requirement. Knows how to use the D-FMEA tool and how to evaluate and score a design. Create BOM ( ERP software ) , understand the product life cycle of the components , Configuration management , BOM review meeting , Master data for electrical components etc Ensure the panels are produced according to KK demands of quality. Make all complementary documentation for cabinet before installation (transportation, installation manual and service manual etc). Our Requirements: Master/Graduate in Engineering Electrical & Electronics 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry with knowledge in Design and development. Exposure in relevant IEC/EN ( IEC 61439 , 60204 etc) & UL standards ( UL 508A).,
