Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic sales representative with experience in medical coding and billing to join our team. This position requires an individual who is not only experienced in sales but also understands the intricacies of medical coding and billing processes. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and offering our services to healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, particularly with clients in need of medical coding and billing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and decision-makers. Educate potential clients on the value and benefits of outsourcing their medical coding and billing needs to Astyt Healthcare Solutions. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes to prospective clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and coding requirements to effectively communicate with clients. Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and provide regular updates to management. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field. Strong understanding of medical coding and billing processes (CPC, CCS, or other relevant certifications preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD-10, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with healthcare software and tools (EHR, EMR, etc.). Prior experience in a sales role within the medical billing and coding industry. Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS).
