Settlement Ops/Shares Settlement - Mumbai @ Angel Broking

Job Description

• Responsible for Retail Securities Settlement / Managing Payin Payout of Shares
• Auction Settlement & Closeout
• Corporate Action handling Identification of clients eligible to receive -Corporate Action benefits and on time distribution of the same to such eligible clients (Dividend / Bonus / Split / Sub-Division / Merger /Demerger)
• Processing of Shares Pledge / Unpledge request from Clients.
• Testing & implementation of changes in Backoffice system
• Managing regulatory reporting requirements
• Reconciliation of Demat Holding of Pool Account / CUSA Account and other Demat Accounts
• Handling client queries / audit queries / inspection queries
• Liaising with colleagues and other teams to resolve issues and drive system enhancements

Skills Required:

• 5+ yrs required in settlement operations
• Candidate should have strong basic knowledge of Excel
• Candidate should be well versed with Retail trade settlement of all products available in Capital Market
• Candidate should be a team player
