Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Education: Graduation Experience: minimum 10-12 years of experience in a Jewelry manufacturing company. Location: Seepz, Andheri E, Mumbai Working Days: Mon-Sat/ 17 Saturdays off annually Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) processes in Jewelry manufacturing. Develop customer-specific or category-specific quality standards and norms. Enforce and implement quality standards, procedures (SOPs), and best practices across the production process. Create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation and reports. Design and execute quality improvement plans, implementing necessary corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Train and guide QC checkers on customer-specific quality standards. Implement and manage Jewelry testing methods to ensure product quality. Use quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, and others to solve issues and improve processes. Facilitate feedback mechanisms between teams to ensure continuous quality improvement. Analyze data and make decisions based on strong analytical skills. Perform other related tasks as required to support quality initiatives within the organization. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Jewelry manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques. Strong expertise in quality testing methods for Jewelry products. Familiarity with various quality tools, including why-Why Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and other problem-solving methodologies. Ability to develop and implement quality improvement plans and initiatives. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in computer applications related to quality control and reporting. Good communication skills, particularly in email and documentation. Prior experience in training and guiding QC checkers based on specific customer quality requirements.,
