- Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
- Provide regular project updates, discuss scope changes, and align expectations.
- Conduct status meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate project progress.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts.
- Work closely with US-based teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on requirements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress and address potential delays or cost overruns proactively.
- Provide periodic reports to senior management on project status and risks.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve technical, operational, and client-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and Triveni ITs quality standards.
- Review code, technical designs, and architecture for compliance with industry best practices.
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment processes for solution stability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and enhance future project delivery.
- Manage project budgets to optimize resource utilization and prevent cost overruns.
- Ensure adequate staffing while balancing competing project priorities.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience managing technical project delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing IT projects with US-based clients.
- Strong technical background in software development, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US-based client interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working directly with US clients in a project delivery capacity.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, and relevant frameworks.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems, architecture, and security standards.
- Location: Onsite in Kolkata.
- Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST to align with US-based clients.
