Ltd. will be a mid-level, full-time position based in Bangalore. The role demands overseeing and managing international accounts, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, and fostering strong client relationships. The position requires a keen understanding of international tax laws and proactive engagement with cross-border tax advisory and planning. Candidates will contribute to the company's global growth strategy by leveraging their expertise in international financial regulations. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in international tax compliance and reporting is a mandatory skill essential for this role. Expertise in tax planning and strategy to optimize tax liabilities and improve company profitability in cross-border transactions. In-depth knowledge of cross-border tax advisory to navigate complex international tax landscapes effectively. Solid experience in handling tax audits and disputes to ensure company compliance with various taxation laws. Ability to provide internal collaboration and advisory to align tax strategies with organizational goals. Commitment to continuous improvement and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing tax regulations. Strong skills in documentation and reporting to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements and other reports. Competence in transfer pricing management to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for international transactions. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee international accounts, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize company's taxation obligations across borders. Provide expert cross-border tax advisory to guide the company through international tax matters. Lead the resolution of tax audits and disputes to safeguard the company's financial interests. Collaborate internally to provide advisory on aligning tax strategies with business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and training within the team to stay abreast of changing tax laws. Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting of all tax-related activities for accountability and transparency. Manage transfer pricing and documentation evaluation for compliance with international transaction regulations.
