With a presence in 20 cities and four rehab centers, 2050 Healthcare employs over 1,000 caregivers. As the company aims to strengthen its market presence, it plans to expand its services and enhance its digital platform to deliver the best quality of care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head located in Panaji. The State Head will oversee the operations and management of healthcare services within the state. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, devising and implementing strategic plans for growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring financial performance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring skills Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills Financial Management and Performance Monitoring experience Ability to work on-site in Panaji Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field,
