Each Trainer will focus on a specific field, providing dedicated expertise to develop and deliver high-quality training programs, ensuring excellence in customer service and technical proficiency within our franchise locations. Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Design and deliver training sessions specifically tailored to optometry, audiology, or diagnostic practices, depending on your specialization. Conduct Field-Specific Training: Lead in-depth, hands-on training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations for franchise retail staff, focusing on enhancing customer service and technical skills in your field. Evaluate Employee Competency: Assess trainees skill levels, provide constructive feedback, and create individualized improvement plans. Update Field-Specific Training Materials: Regularly revise and customize training resources to reflect the latest advancements and industry standards in optometry, audiology, or diagnostics. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, document assessments, and provide management with regular updates on training outcomes. Collaborate with Franchise Managers: Partner with franchise teams to ensure training programs align with store needs and brand standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Optometry, Audiology, Diagnostic Science, or a related field relevant to the specific Trainer role. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in the specified field with prior experience in training, customer service, or healthcare support. Skills: Strong communication and instructional skills, tailored to field-specific training. Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu as required. Ability to utilize digital and hands-on training tools effectively. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
