Design and develop scalable backend systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.

Architect and implement complex algorithms and data structures to optimize backend performance.

Collaborate with product managers, front-end engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

Optimize and refactor existing code for improved efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend services that support multiple applications.

Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of backend services.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and backend technologies.

7-10 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on data structures and algorithms.

Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.

Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and cloud computing.

Experience in designing and working with large-scale, high-performance applications.

Deep knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and message queues.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize backend performance.

Experience working with microservices architecture, API design, and RESTful services.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Ability to write efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with big data processing and distributed computing frameworks.

Exposure to AI/ML-driven backend services.

Familiarity with event-driven architecture and streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
