- Vacancy Name Blockchain Operations Expert Vacancy No VN1198 Employment Type Regular Full-Time Location Chennai Job Details You play a critical role in driving operational excellence in our crypto services division, demanding agility and sharp problem-solving skills to navigate the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. Key Responsibilities: Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization: Enhance operational throughput to boost cost efficiency and performance across all crypto operations. Streamline workflows to optimize transaction processing times, improving resolution speed for both internal teams and customers. Manage wallet systems to ensure that deposits and withdrawals are processed smoothly, securely, and in real-time, optimizing wallet liquidity and minimizing downtime. Customer Onboarding & Support: Lead the development of a smooth, compliant customer onboarding process that is both secure and efficient. Provide exceptional customer support with wallet-related queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Keep internal and external FAQs updated, with a focus on wallet security best practices, transaction processes, and other crypto-related topics. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with blockchain transactions, focusing on the integrity and security of wallet addresses and the safety of user funds. Review and refine internal policies related to wallet management, ensuring they align with both operational needs and regulatory requirements. Maintain strict oversight over wallet security protocols to safeguard digital assets from unauthorized access. Financial Operations Support: Provide crucial support for daily reconciliation, focusing particularly on the settlement process with our Prime Broker. Collaborate closely with the Treasury team to improve capital efficiency and ensure the availability of funds in withdrawal wallets, optimizing liquidity management. Ensure seamless integration between wallets and other internal systems to prevent disruptions in crypto transactions. Requirements Fluency in English (C1 level). Experience in blockchain operations and knowledge of major blockchain assets. Strong attention to detail, self-driven and reliable, with a proven track record as a team player. Excitement about the digitalization potential of crypto. Experience in financial markets, trading or related area is preferred. Positive mindset with a willingness to pioneer, promote good news and positive sentiment about crypto.
