Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all shipping-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation and shipment of products, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Ensure proper inventory control and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update the database.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.
• Assist with any administrative tasks related to shipping and logistics.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines in shipping processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of shipping software or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
