Network Engineer L1 Lease line support Profile

• Support On call and email for network service connectivity issues
• Rasing dockets on the behalf of customers on call as well as on mails
• Basic Troubleshooting of Network and networking devices like Switches , Routers , Wireless devices
• Providing Extended ert and up time updates on mail as well as calls
• keep updating internal teams on incoming mails also updating ert mails to customers
• Monitoring of centreon for lease line down customers
• monitoring of up-links bandwidth graphs
• 24*7 Profile including sunday shifts rotationally
• During emergency if required need to visit field
• CCNA candidate required
• Male Candidates : 24*7 environment
