- Job Description: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition (HR) Industry: Pharmaceutical & Paper Manufacturing Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition & HR Therapeutic Areas: Acute and Mild Chronic Therapies About the Company: We are a newly launched pharmaceutical company focused on Acute and Mild Chronic Therapies, with an expanding presence in the paper manufacturing industry. As we grow, we seek a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition (HR) to drive recruitment efforts for both the pharmaceutical and paper manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for pharma companies, launching new pharma divisions, and managing recruitment for manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for pharmaceutical and paper manufacturing roles. Pharma Division Launch Recruitment: Support the hiring process for launching new pharmaceutical divisions, ensuring a skilled and experienced workforce. Manufacturing Plant Hiring: Handle recruitment for a paper manufacturing plant, sourcing talent for production, quality control, logistics, and support functions. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development: Build a strong employer brand and create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, senior leadership, and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Recruitment Strategies & Sourcing: Leverage job portals, headhunting, referrals, and industry networks to attract top talent. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with labor laws, HR policies, and industry regulations. HR Technology & Analytics: Utilize HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics to streamline hiring processes. Onboarding & Employee Engagement: Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate well into the company culture. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition & HR within the pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industry. Pharma Division Launch Recruitment Experience: Hands-on experience in hiring for new pharmaceutical divisions in Acute and Mild Chronic Therapies. Manufacturing Plant Recruitment: Prior experience in hiring for a manufacturing plant, preferably in the paper or pharma sector. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent availability in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and English (Malayalam is an added advantage). Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to engage with industry professionals, recruitment agencies, and candidates to drive hiring success. Willingness to Travel: Based in Bangalore, with occasional travel for recruitment drives and manufacturing plant visits.
