Experience : Post MBA - 5 yrs of experience
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Design and leverage integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of our diverse workforce; enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
- Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business needs continue to evolve
- Planning strategic HR initiatives,
- Work closely with the Talent acquisition Department
- Aligning staff to business objectives
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to understand the specific goals of the overall business and individual departments
- Ability to translate external business trends into internal organization actions.
- Act as a change agent to further enhance our growth culture, a culture that is externally focused, empowered, fast/agile, "smart" risk taking and accountable.
Skill Required:
- Engineering + MBA
- 5+ years of HR work experience, post MBA
- Experience working in Tech or product based companies
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good time-management skills
