Sales Officer/ Sr Sales Officer- Protective Coating Vertical Job Location: Kochi Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for the promotion and sales of high-performance coatings products Launching and entering new marketing segments Working closely with the Regional Manager to cover the entire respective region Training and motivating young salespersons to achieve their targets Promoting new protective coating products in the assigned region Obtaining approvals from clients and consultants for products Conducting corrosion audits and providing coating system recommendations to industrial clients Conducting coating trials, troubleshooting, exploring new business opportunities, conducting presentations, and performing competitor analysis Providing product application training for the company's sales personnel in various depots, polishers, applicators, contractors, and painters Understanding and performing business, cost/benefit, and financial analysis Preparing and presenting proposals and closing new accounts in targeted verticals Developing and maintaining a sales plan to ensure the achievement of company sales targets and profitability # Requirements Requirements: Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / Diploma Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with protective coating, industrial coating, industrial paint, or industrial chemical handling experience is mandatory Benefits Monthly Fixed Salary+ other benefits Opportunity to work in a Leading Manufacturer Company,
